At The Hairloom Co., every piece is handmade with care.
Processing Time
As I hand make each piece, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
(Business days does not include weekends and public holidays.)
During collection launches or busy periods, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
- Flat Rate Shipping — $8 Australia-wide
- Free Shipping on orders over $50
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.
Delivery Notes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched, not when the order has been placed.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to postal services, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Order Tracking & Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the shipping provider.
We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option where available, as The Hairloom Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels once they have been shipped.
Address Details
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
If you need to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible via the Contact form or Instagram.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change addresses once an order has been dispatched.
International Orders
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working on introducing this in the future
