I am located in Canberra, Australia.

How can I contact you ?

Are your items handmade ?

Yes — every single piece is handmade by me with love and care. No factories, no mass production. Just carefully cut, stitched, and finished by hand.

How do I care for my scrunchies and bows?

Satin and velvet: hand wash cold, lay flat to dry

Cotton: hand wash cold or gentle machine wash in a laundry bag

Store flat or hanging to maintain shape

Keep away from sharp surfaces to protect delicate fabrics

What if I want to buy a gift?

All our orders are beautifully packaged and perfect for gifting. Simply add a note at checkout and we will make sure to not add any invoice.

My Order

Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?

Please contact me immediately via the Contact form or via Instagram DM.

Also be sure to check your junk emails regularly incase my response ends up there! 

How long does it take for my order to be made, before shipping it?

As I hand make each piece, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

(Business days does not include weekends and public holidays.) 

During collection launches or busy periods, this timeframe may be slightly extended. During these times, the shop banner will be updated with the updated with the latest processing times.

How can I track my order ?

Tracking is included for all orders.

I will email the tracking number to you after the order is dispatched (check junk mail) or contact me if you are having trouble locating it.

Can I cancel my order ?

We allow cancellations as long as it hasn’t been shipped and isn’t a custom order that I’ve already started.

Do you offer free shipping ?

Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all Australian orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $8

Do we ship worldwide ?

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working on introducing this in the future.

Can I pick up my order locally from Canberra ?

No. Currently we offer only local delivery for the below selected postcodes within Canberra:

2911, 2609, 2912, 2913 and 2602


We offer a convenient, contactless Local Letterbox Delivery for just $3 (minimum spend of $20) or completely free for orders over $50.

What if I live in Canberra but outside your local delivery postcodes?

Don't worry, you can still absolutely shop with us! If your Canberra postcode isn't on our local delivery list, your order will automatically be shipped via our standard Australia Post Parcel Post network.

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 (which automatically includes full tracking), or completely free for all orders over $50. Once your handmade hair accessories are packed, standard parcel delivery within Canberra usually takes 2–4 business days to arrive in your letterbox.

Can I change the delivery address after my order is placed ?

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

If you need to make any changes to the delivery address after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible via the Contact form or Instagram. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to change addresses once an order has been dispatched.

Do you offer returns ?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges

If the product is unused and in resell-able condition, I do accept returns however the customer has to pay for return shipping and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
