Each item is carefully handcrafted and quality checked before it is sent out. If something isn’t quite right, we’d love to hear from you.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item (product, not the packaging) arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit.
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [your email]
- Provide an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the damage clearly visible
- Include your order number in your message
Claims made without an unboxing video unfortunately cannot be processed.
We take great pride in the quality of every piece we make, and we will always do our best to make things right.
Change of Mind
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the delivery provider.
We are unable to offer refunds for parcels that are delayed or lost in transit. However, if your order includes tracking, we’re happy to assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
Order Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.
